What happens after you run a successful heating and cooling business for over 23 years? For Oasis Heating & Cooling, they decided that they would take feedback from their customers and invest in making their experience with their business better. The result was a new service app called HomeMend.
HomeMend makes the process of booking service appointments seamless and easy for customers and simple to manage for technicians with a simple app. Although the app was ready to go and easy to use, HomeMend needed to get the word out to both new customers as well as technicians.
The main goal was to speak to both technicians as well as customers in each ad or social post. With a minimal budget, HomeMend was able to increase it's visibility in multiple mediums and gain new visitors and users for their new app and platform.
