773Designs was contracted by Navistar's video production company to help create a digital media strategy, advertising program, and a new plant-specific logo. 773Designs was able to leverage their expertise in marketing and branding to design effective strategies for Navistar that would position them as an employer of choice in their local market. Additionally, 773Designs created a multi-tier advertising campaign that incorporated both traditional media (such as print ads) and digital marketing tactics (social media posts, targeted ads, etc.)
When Navistar opened a brand new manufacturing facility in San Antonio, Texas, they faced a unique challenge of needing to hire upwards of 500 workers. This was especially difficult due to the competitive nature of the manufacturing industry and other plants in the area. They needed an effective digital media strategy and advertising program in order to gain an edge on the competition and attract top talent.
After partnering with 773Designs, Navistar was quickly able to fill their positions with qualified candidates. The combination of video production and 773Design's creative branding strategies and targeted advertising campaigns allowed them to reach the right people at the right time. This resulted in an influx of talented individuals interested in working for Navistar who could contribute towards their success. Furthermore, this success has been compounded by word-of-mouth referrals from current employees who are happy with their experience working at Navistar's new facility.
